How to Make Cocoa Muffins

It’s Summer, and what better way to celebrate the hot season than with good desserts? This one is not only delicious but it is also super easy to make!

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of mayonnaise
  • 3 spoonfuls of yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 spoonfuls of cocoa powder
  • 100 grams of margarine
  • 10 grams of baking powder

Step 1

Step 2

Add sugar and whisk it

In a different bowl, take 3 teaspoons of yogurt, 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise and 10 grams of baking powder. Mix it all up.

Add this to the bowl where you whisked your eggs. Whisk it all together.

Add the melted margarine to the mix.

Add 1 cup of flour and 2 spoonfuls of cocoa powder. Whisk it all together.

Step 8

Preheat your oven.

Place this into muffin liners and bake them for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
