We all want flowy, smooth hair like in the commercials and we try loads of products in hopes of achieving that. But what if I told you that you don’t need to put unknown chemicals in your scalp but instead can just eat specific foods? Well, this is true. Eating specific foods regularly can help strengthen and grow your hair the way you want it to. Here are five foods that will make your hair healthier.

Eggs have biotin in them and the B vitamin helps hair growth and scalp hair. Biotin prevents having hair loss therefore eating lots of biotin can help your hair!
