5 Foods That Make Your Hair Healthier

We all want flowy, smooth hair like in the commercials and we try loads of products in hopes of achieving that. But what if I told you that you don’t need to put unknown chemicals in your scalp but instead can just eat specific foods? Well, this is true. Eating specific foods regularly can help strengthen and grow your hair the way you want it to. Here are five foods that will make your hair healthier.

Eggs have biotin in them and the B vitamin helps hair growth and scalp hair. Biotin prevents having hair loss therefore eating lots of biotin can help your hair!

Blueberries are not only delicious, but they’re good for your hair, too! Blueberries are high in vitamin C and iron. Vitamin C strengthens your hair shafts which helps to produce more capillaries. Capillaries are good for your hair.

Fish contains Omega 3 which helps for hydrated hair and growth. You should eat at least 2 fishes (like salmon) a week for the perfect result. Note: Omega 3 also helps fight depression, so eat up!

Carrots contain vitamin A and assists us when we have itchy or dry hair. It provides us sebum which prevents from having dry hair. No more dandruff!

Oysters have Zinc and Selenium. Not having enough Zinc daily can lead to hair loss and a dry scalp. If you don’t like oysters, there are other foods that have Zinc like fortified cereal, whole grains and beef.
